The Pad already includes a 5-Year Replacement Warranty and does not require enrollment.

Key terms that govern your coverage.
Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date. If proof of purchase is unavailable, coverage begins six (6) months after the product’s manufacturing date.
Coverage is available only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing.
OptiSleep Care+ extends the duration of coverage but does not expand beyond the original warranty terms and conditions.
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval under applicable warranty conditions. Complete documentation helps ensure the fastest resolution.
