The 5-Year Replacement Warranty applies only to the Pad. The SleepHub, Cooling Cover, Heating Cover, Fitted Sheet, and other accessories are covered for 2 years under the standard manufacturer warranty and may be extended to 5 years total with the purchase of OptiSleep Care+. Applies to all sizes: King, Queen, Full.

OptiSleep Care+ extends coverage on your SleepHub, Cooling Cover, Heating Cover, Fitted Sheet, and other accessories from 2 years to 5 years total — providing long-term peace of mind for the life of your sleep system. The Pad already includes a 5-Year Replacement Warranty and does not require enrollment.

Include proof of purchase, your product serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. Timely and accurate documentation ensures the fastest possible resolution.

Claim review
Our customer service team reviews the details, verifies eligibility under the applicable warranty terms, and responds with next steps. Approved claims result in a repair, replacement, or further service instructions at our discretion.

Resolution
Approved claims are resolved by repair or replacement of the eligible component. We handle all coordination from this point forward.

Coverage Start Date

Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date. If proof of purchase is unavailable, coverage begins six (6) months after the product’s manufacturing date.

Original Purchaser

Coverage is available only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing.

Scope of Coverage

OptiSleep Care+ extends the duration of coverage but does not expand beyond the original warranty terms and conditions.
