The All Season Pro (model EMF502) is a water-circulating sleep temperature system that sits over your existing mattress. A compact SleepHub circulates temperature-controlled water through the pad to cool or warm your sleep surface in precise 1°F increments — year-round. It works with whatever bed you already have, individualizing your sleep temperature experience for both you and your partner.
The All Season Pro covers 64°F to 113°F (18°C to 45°C) across two modes: COOL+ mode for cooling (64–95°F) and WARM mode for heating (82–113°F). Temperature is set in 1°F increments — a precise degree, not a level or range. Switch freely between modes by season or preference.
The Queen and King sizes include two independent water circuits — one for each side of the bed. Each sleeper sets their own temperature via the Navien Sphere for Sleep app or the SleepHub’s front panel display, completely independently — you might set 68°F while they prefer 78°F.
The All Season Pro works with most standard mattresses — innerspring, hybrid, and the majority of foam mattresses. Note: We do not recommend use with latex mattresses, as direct contact between the water pad and latex material may cause deformation. We also do not recommend use with adjustable bed frames that flex or articulate at the head or foot — bending the pad may obstruct internal water flow channels and prevent normal operation. Contact us if you have questions about your specific setup.
The pad profile is ultra-thin. It sits on top of the included fitted sheet — cover it with the included COOL or WARM cover, add your usual bedding, and it disappears completely into your bed. The surface is soft to the touch and adds no meaningful height.
In WARM mode, the unit operates quietly — only the water circulation pump runs. In COOL+ mode, a fan also runs for the cooling system, producing additional airflow sound — similar to a small desk fan. On first startup, a brief high-speed pump cycle runs for about 3 minutes as air is cleared from the system, then settles to normal. This is expected behavior, not a malfunction.
Two covers are included — one for cooling, one for warming. The COOL cover uses a specialized cooling fabric for a faster, more effective cooling sensation. The WARM cover is made from an anti-allergen fabric designed to help block dust and dust mites. Both feature a waterproof-coated protector layer for safer, cleaner use.

The cover is designed to fit mattresses ranging from 10 to 20 inches in height — covering the full range of commonly sold US mattress profiles. The design ensures a clean, fitted appearance across both standard (10–13 inch) and thicker mattress heights.
Yes. The cover is not a strict square profile — it is designed to be compatible with both squared and rounded mattress edge styles, accommodating the variety of mattress profiles sold in the US market.
Water-circulating products carry theoretical leak risk, and we take it seriously. The All Season Pro uses a sealed, low-pressure water circuit with a closed-loop design and easy-click connector fittings. Leak detection is built into the system (error code Er 28) — the unit alerts you and shuts off automatically if a leak is detected. This is an area where Navien’s 48 years of temperature engineering heritage genuinely matters.

Order today. Sleep on it for 30 nights. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full return and refund. We’ll arrange free return shipping. We do ask that you use the product for at least 7 nights first. We believe that’s the only fair way to sell a sleep product.

Once we receive the unit, your full refund is processed within 7–14 business days. The product should be returned in its original packaging, or in packaging providing an equal degree of protection.
Warranty & maintenance
6 questions
The All Season Pro includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including the unit, tubing, and pad. This covers malfunctions, failure to maintain temperature, and water circulation issues under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
All covers are machine-washable and air dry flat — do not tumble dry. The SleepHub will alert you when water needs topping up. Drain and refill the full water circuit once a month using the auto-drain function — monthly water changes help prevent mineral buildup and keep the system running cleanly. The SleepHub guides you through the process with voice prompts. Built-in UV light runs automatic hygiene cycles at regular intervals — you can also trigger additional cycles manually via the app.
The All Season Pro is NRTL certified and FCC certified, and is built on an iF Design Award-winning design — one of the most recognized design honors in the world. It is manufactured in South Korea to US and Canadian safety standards.
We recommend bottled or tap water. Do not use well water, saltwater, or any liquid containing detergents, chemicals, oils, or fragrances — these can cause internal corrosion or malfunction. If using tap water, some minor discoloration may occur over time; this is normal and does not affect performance.
Condensation can occur in humid conditions when the pad is set to a very low temperature — this is a natural phenomenon, not a defect. Activate Condensation Prevention Mode via the SleepHub or app, which automatically adjusts the pad temperature to stay above the dew point. If condensation has already formed, stop use briefly, wipe the area dry, and ventilate. You can also use Bedding Dry mode via the app to remove residual moisture from your bedding.

Setup & app
3 questions
Most users complete setup in under 20 minutes. Unbox, place the pad, connect the hose, fill with water, download the app, and connect via Wi-Fi. Full step-by-step instructions are in our setup guide.
The unit connects via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi enables remote control from outside the home, sleep reporting, firmware updates, and remote monitoring. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, the bedside front panel display provides full local control without any app dependency.
The Navien Sphere for Sleep app is available for iOS and Android. The bedside display panel works independently of any app and provides full on-device control.
