Every purchase includes two removable covers — COOL and WARM — each matched to its season. Both unzip and machine-wash in cold water — no tumble dry, no dry cleaning, air dry flat. UV sanitizing runs automatically at regular intervals inside the SleepHub and pad whenever it’s plugged in, with manual top-up available from the Navien Sphere for Sleep app. Bedding Dry Mode removes moisture from the pad between uses. The water circuit is designed to run long-term; we recommend a monthly water refresh to keep it clean. That’s it.

The All Season Pro (model EMF502) is an AI-powered sleep temperature system that sits over your existing mattress. A compact SleepHub circulates temperature-controlled water through the pad to cool or warm your sleep surface in precise 1°F increments — year-round, both sides independently.
64°F to 113°F (18–45°C) across two modes: COOL+ for cooling (64–95°F) and WARM for heating (82–113°F). Temperature is set in 1°F increments — a precise degree, not a range or level. Switch freely between modes by season. Actual pad temperature can vary slightly depending on your room’s environment, so allow a short window for it to settle. For consistent performance, make sure the SleepHub’s air inlet isn’t blocked or covered.
This is expected, not a defect. The All Season Pro uses a Peltier element to cool water, which can bring the pad up to about 9°F (5°C) below room temperature. For example, in an 86°F (30°C) room, COOL+ mode typically reaches 77–95°F (25–35°C). We don’t recommend setting the pad far below room temperature, for comfort and safety.
Works with most mattresses — innerspring, hybrid, and adjustable bases. Not suitable for latex, memory foam, or sponge-type mattresses. Heat retention in these materials can cause deformation or overheating. Contact us if you have questions about your specific mattress.
The pad is ultra-thin and lies flat under your fitted sheet, so it shouldn’t change how your mattress feels to sleep on. That said, feel can vary by mattress type — very soft pillow-tops, plush comfort layers, or memory foam may make the pad slightly more noticeable. Most sleepers report little to no difference at all.
Queen and King sizes include two independent water circuits — one per side. Each sleeper sets their own temperature via the app or front panel, completely independently. You might set 68°F while your partner prefers 78°F. The Full is single-zone.
Contactless (non-wearable) sensors detect your sleep stage in real time — light, deep, REM, and wake. The system automatically adjusts temperature throughout the night to optimize conditions for each stage. You can override to manual control at any time.
In WARM mode, the unit operates quietly from the water circulation pump. In COOL+ mode, a fan also runs — similar to a small desk fan. Initial startup runs a brief high-speed pump cycle for 2–3 minutes, then settles. Low-noise operation is a design priority.

Note: On the King size, the water-circulating pad measures 65″ × 77″ — smaller than the full King mattress surface (76″ × 80″). It’s sized to cover the primary sleeping area rather than every inch of the mattress, so temperature control stays focused where you actually sleep.
