Navien, Inc., including its affiliates and subsidiaries, does not provide a "guarantee" within the meaning of section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec) and its related regulations regarding the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of products manufactured, imported, marketed, or sold by Navien.
Our Commitment to Customers
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Navien remains committed to supporting its customers and business partners throughout Québec.
Navien continues to make replacement parts and warranty service available in accordance with the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set out in the applicable Navien Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
