Navien OptiSleep ("Navien," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and safeguarding personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and substantially similar provincial private-sector privacy laws, including those of Alberta, British Columbia, and Québec (as amended by Law 25).
